This position involves specialized work in developing and maintaining the
personnel department of the city.
Work involves preparation or development and administration of:
Personnel rules and regulations
Pay and classification plan
Recruitment and examination program
Programs for employee training, safety, health, and morale.
This position assists and advises all departments in personnel matters.
The position is supervised directly by the City Manager.
