Code tables not only speed data entry but ensure report consistency.
!Trak-It HR provides a comprehensive "cafeteria style" benefit administration facility so each employee can have an unlimited number of benefits. The benefit date range and associated costs for both the employer and employee are individually tracked by benefit.
When an employee terminates, !Trak-It HR handles the required Federal Government COBRA benefits administration for both the terminated employee and dependents. It can produce notification letters, billing statements, mailing labels, a recipient report, a dependent list and cost reports.
!Trak-It HR instantly provides the required Federal Government EEO-1, EEO-4, OSHA, and Vets-100 reports. I-9 citizenship verification tracking is also included.
Besides the 100 standard reports, a powerful Report Writer is built-in to allow you to design reports with the information you want. You can sort and select records and include headings, sub-headings, sub-totals, and grand totals, as well as calculated columns. There is also a Letter Generator that allows you to create an unlimited number of form letters. Mailing labels can be produced for each letter.

Unitime is a Windows based Time and Attendance System that improves management of labor information by eliminating timecard preparation, calculation and distribution. The system reduces the time to prepare data for payroll and eliminates errors associated with manual processing. It collects employee time, calculates hours worked and creates a payroll file. Unitime is designed for ease of use with simple pull-down menus and on-line help to allow the user to quickly and efficiently process pay information with a minimum of effort. Because of its straightforward design, the learning curve on the product is minimal. Unitime works directly with your PC or badge-based timeclock terminals to collect time and attendance transactions and pass them to host software. It consolidates the transactions and applies your company's specific employment policies. The end result is a summary file ready for a payroll system or payroll service. And Unitime interfaces to most payroll systems.

!Trak-It HR's extra-cost Attendance Option is designed to save you countless hours of tracking, accumulating and summarizing employee absences. Vacation, sick leave and personal time accruals are instantly calculated. The accompanying reports help spot and monitor problem employees and departments.
The extra-cost Multi-User network option allows multiple users, each from their own computer, to share common !Trak-It HR databases. It is intended for companies where several employees need simultaneous access to the employee data. This option also requires installation of a network such as AppleShare, NT or Novell.
!Trak-It X-Platform option allows HR information to be simultaneously accessed from both Macintosh and Windows computers. The Windows systems can be Windows 3.1x, Windows 95 or Windows NT. Any Number of Macintosh and Windows clients can simultaneously access the applicant data on the server, depending on the capabilities of the server hardware and software. Multiple users can simultaneously view the same data record, but only one user can be updating it at a time. If a second user attempts to update a record that is currently being updated, a message will appear stating that the record is in use by another.
