stockholders. It also does not have a password to access the system or the

What are the system requirements?
The system was developed in Microsoft Access however, the program is not
required to run the software. The system is capable of running on any
Microsoft Operating system including Vista or XP, you will need 927 bytes of
hard disk space. The software is very intuitive and requires no previous
experience with any other types of programs.
How will I know that this program will meet
my needs?
All you have to do is spend some time on the trial version it contains most
of the features of the purchased version.

Does the software store information on the internet?
No, for security reasons the software stores the information on the
proprietary database that is part of the software.
Does the software automatically fill out the
stock certificate information and administration forms provided in the bonus

No, all the forms can be customized easily in Microsoft Word so there was no
reason to duplicate that functionality.
Can I install the software on more than one
PC?
Yes you may install it on more than one PC providing that the PCs belong to
the same individual. Otherwise you must purchase an additional license.
Is the program easy to install and
uninstall?
Yes you follow a series of prompts to install the program through the
installation wizard. To uninstall the program you go through the normal
uninstall application commands that you use for any other program.
