Your employees want to do the best possible job but so many obstacles get in the way. A properly designed and executed employee attitude survey will give you the answers and allow you to begin breaking down the barriers to maximum productivity and quality.
EASY�GEN was selected as a "Best New HR Product" by Human Resource Executive because it greatly reduces the time and effort involved in conducting an employee attitude survey. In fact all the major, and some less major, HR publications have praised EASY�GEN. These quotes come from reviews of the former DOS version of EASY�GEN. The new Windows version has many additional features.
EASY�GEN was developed to aid users in all steps of the survey design, administration, and analysis process. It includes a comprehensive database of over 500 questions covering 41 topics related to an employee's work environment. The databases are fully customizable, topics and questions may be added, modified, or deleted.
Four types of question formats with 5 point answer scales are included: "How frequently...", "To what extent...", "How do you rate...", and "Agree/disagree...".
You can also create your own question formats with answer scales of 2 to 10 choices. Open ended and demographic questions may also be used.
The survey developer can write the introductory text and include several demographic questions (eg. sex, age, job level, location, etc.). The survey data can be analyzed in terms of the demographic categories defined by the survey developer. Printed copies of the survey questionnaire and answer sheets can be produced or diskettes which present the questions interactively can be created.
Reports and graphs show the survey results for the entire organization, for each selected topic, question, area, and demographic category. Data which differ significantly from the organization's means are identified. In addition, listings of responses to open ended questions may also be produced and these may be broken down by demographic variables if desired. The content of the reports and graphs is fully customizable. Data from past surveys can also be combined and used to show trends.
In addition to creating surveys from scratch, EASY�GEN can also be used to computerize an organization's existing survey. In most cases this can be done with minimal or no changes to the survey content.
